We co-branded an e-book called ‘Plant-Based Mood Food’, which contained 25 vegan recipes. Using PBN’s facebook ad manager, we used the e-book as a lead magnet (the classic ‘freebie’ funnel technique) to generate email addresses for Heights.
Our in-house ad ops specialist targeted our audience as well as specific lookalike audiences that the client wanted to target using facebook and instagram ads. We set up a facebook opt-in form so that when targeted users saw the advert, they were able to access the e-book straight away after providing their email address. The email addresses were automatically configured to link the client’s email database via Zapier and Klaviyo.
In the first week, we generated 3,130 email addresses for the client, with impressions totalling 651,490. The initial cost per acquisition was £1.11. After the first couple of days this dropped below £0.96. The campaign is ongoing, and the aim is to get the cost below £0.50 for each lead.
